Black produced: The Birdcatcher, starring August Diehl and Sarah-Sofie Boussnina released theatrically and digitally coveting 26 festival awards ; MILES starring Molly Shannon and Paul Reiser distributed by Freestyle Releasing world wide ; Almost Paris starring Abigail Hawk and directorial debut of Domenica Cameron-Scorsese released by Freestyle Releasing and Hevn (Revenge), Norwegian thriller with the powerhouse women team of director Kjersti Steinsbø .
Ms. Black co-founded US -Norway film development initiative and is known for supporting emerging diverse voices script to screen . She served as Co-Chair of Delaware Film Board.
Under her shingle, she consults for several entertainment companies and non profit organizations in the capacity of Business Development and Finance. Ms. Black is a proud member of the Producers Guild of America and Women in Film; often a key note speaker panelist on topics ranging from co-productions to brand marketing. Receipient of the Exceptional Women in Film Award, GSFF 2019, a has served as on the jury of several major international film festivals SBIFF
She received an MBA from Goldey Beacom, Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in English- British Literature from Boston University. Ms. Black is an published poet, photographer.
